We are looking for 5 to 20 acres in Capay Valley
with gently sloping to flat land. We prefer close in, relatively private
acreage bordering the western foothills but the eastern side is lovely
as well. We are looking to build a home and put in gardens, which
will necessitate good water, regardless of yearly rainfall. Year
around streams or spring fed ponds work too. If you have a larger parcel
